I am trying to come up with a worksheet to track projects from cradle to delivery. Hoping to include design and prototype time through finishing and shipping/delivery time and costs. It will help make estimating easier and more consistent.

What do you all use?

I used a “project timeline chart” years ago. It was basically an excel spreadsheet that had assignable bar graph functions

There are a couple options on Amazon. If you do a search for “Log Book” on the Onefinity FB group, @gad5264 did a review of the first one. He may have even posted something on the forum here, but I don’t recall seeing it here.
