I have viewed the redline spindle installation video, but it does not tell me about installing the cable in the drag chain. My question is, will the cable fit into the drag chain along with the power cable from the temporary router. I still do not have my spindle yet. I would not like to have to remove that cable. In case of spindle failure, I could quickly swap out the spindle for the router in a pinch. So, if any of you have the actual experience with this, I would appreciate your advice/direction.
There is not room for much in the stock drag chain. I doubt you will find foom for an extra power cable. There are 3d printed clips available online for you to print or order that allow you to clip the cables to the drag chain. They work pretty welll.

Thanks that is what I was looking for. I knew there was not a lot of room but not having the spindle yet, it was hard to know what size they might be. I will start looking for those clips. I know I have seen them on the forum here someplace

RowdyRoman sells drag chain clips. They wirk pretty well. If you want an option you can print yourself, thingiverse has a few options i believe.
