I just received my three boxes order #12405 and box 3 of 3 looks like it was rolled over by a semi truck. What should I do have UPS just Return it or open it up and see how bad the damages and then return it? Please help?

They’ll want to know what was inside & how badly it’s damaged & the tracking # on that box.
From what I’m seeing, onefinity should take care of you pretty quickly.

Contact the support team. I had a problem occur with one of my y rail. I reached out and had a response within 2 hours a replacement rail was sent out the next morning.
