I am a journeyman and qcw frame and accessories and am in the same boat. I am not in a rush as I build a new workshop so won’t worry about it for a while but at one point the qcw was mentioned as a reason fo the delay. You may want to email support.
Yeah been waiting. I get the delays and I have nothing but good things to say about the customer service, but dislike being kept in the dark when it comes to shipping (original shipping date was Sept 11 week) . Especially when people with later order numbers are receiving their orders.
I have no idea what’s holding your or any other order but if later orders (higher order numbers) are being shipped before you it’s most likely because they don’t have everything they need to fill your order. Do you expect them to stop shipping to everyone until they have all your parts? I’m sure if they had control of when all the bits and pieces arrived and they had sufficient stock of every item they sell then orders would be heading out the door pretty much in the order received. There is also the testing phase where your machine might sail through with no delays and someone else’s machine has a hiccup or two that needs some tweaking so it gets delayed by a day or two. Many variables and unknowns. Yes, it would be nice to get email updates every step of the way but that takes someone’s time away from building and testing and shipping which just adds to the delay.

Obviously not Bob, I don’t know how it works but I would assume it was easier to source one Journeyman RAIL than a complete machine, but I could be wrong. No one said anything about every step of the way Bob, but is it unreasonable to update at some step of the way or to update the shipping table? Or send out an updated message? Right now it’s a month difference. But I guess I’m unreasonable. 
Let’s go with your logic Bob. I was originally told mid Sept. Stuff is hectic (I get it), I read that there would be a a delay, so Ok I’ll wait. Now I’m watching orders placed after me that are arriving or getting shipping info before me. So tell me when I should expect my order Bob?
I think I recall reading that complete Journeyman machines might get preference over J rail upgrades.
I already have my machine and I’m thinking about the QCW. Is this on the same far out schedule as the machines?
Just received #19053 Backordered on frame and wall mount though 
Ordered QCW frame on July 2nd. It has not shipped.
Ordered mine June 10th, received last week
we will be expanding the shipping table in the coming days.

I received notice from UPS on delivery of 19366 next week. 10/14/2021.
Ordered on July 7
Got the UPS notification that my Journeyman rail is being shipped. It’s order number 18811. About 2 weeks ago I got a notification for a return label for my Woodworker X axis rail so I knew it was getting closer. I never finished my table as I was waiting for this to show up. So now I’ll have to get going again.

It looks like Onefinity has done a major update on the shipping table, and it now includes estimated ship date by product for each range of order numbers.
It also looks like they have really ramped up the X35 and X50 Woodworker output.

Looks like mid-December for me now, so a few weeks later than originally posted which we all knew was not accurate due to current circumstances. If it shows up before the end of the year I’ll be happy. And if it doesn’t well I’ll just be waiting.
It’s no different with any other company right now. I ordered something from Rockler back in the Spring and it just arrived a couple weeks ago. I ordered some tools from Lee Valley in August, half the order has arrived and the rest is projected to ship the end of this month but no guarantees. Another tool I ordered back in March 2021 just shipped but hasn’t arrived yet and it’s now been 6-1/2 months.

#18891 X50 Journeyman upgrade. I just received notification from UPS.
order # 19807 just had word it has been shipped by DHL heading for the UK X50 woodworker and frame.
Order #20211 for an X-50 Woodworker and accessories…received shipment notice this afternoon! My wait is almost over.
