For anyone who has received a shipment through UPS, did the status on the tracking information actually update for you? I got an email yesterday morning saying delivery is scheduled for Thursday, 07/14/2022, but as of now the tracking number still shows as “Label Created” and shows it has not been picked up from OneFinity yet. I’d like to be home for the arrival of the machine, but I don’t want to make arrangements if it’s not coming tomorrow.

FYI, UPS has really limited the amount of tracking detail they now put on their web page. However, if you install the UPS app on your smartphone, you can get a lot more detail on the tracking.

I just got notification yesterday that the UPS labels are created. I ordered a Journeyman X50 on Jun 7th (#29791), but was told not to expect it until September. I guess they must be catching up to the backlog!! Nice job 1F!

Now, I still have to figure out how to design my spoilboard. I thought I had more time to contemplate and look more closely at different designs. ah well…all part of the experience I guess.

I love that they are catching up on their orders. My Journeyman was 10-12 weeks when I ordered in February, 2022 and it came in at 9 weeks and 6 days

My recent experience is that it then takes a few days to get through Customs and for their logistics expediter to turn it over to UPS. Then you’ll get an actual estimated delivery date.

Yep, you are correct! It came two days afterwards with the estimated date. In my case this Tuesday (7/26).

Today’s the day! Had to reorder the Kreg Universal rails from Home Depot (thanks OnTrac) but those are waiting for pickup also. Machine and bench will be running by nightfall.

My Journeyman came in last night! Woohoo!

All in all, it took 49 days from order to delivery. When I placed my order the order info page said 9-12 weeks, now I see on the order info page it says are 4-6 weeks out. Much faster turnaround time than from the June and earlier ordering timeframe.
