Early December 2023 I have ordered a Tool Setter and some bits.
I’m a patient customer and far away from nagging after my order.
But I wanted to take a look into my orders in your web shop and realized that my log in was not working.
OK, no big deal - just send me a new password.
Heck, no mail, checking my spam folder, sending a mail to the same address, using my work notebook - nothing!
Sending you a mail once, asking you for help, sending a mail for the second time - nothing!
Guys! Is that what you call customer support?
