Since Buildbotics 1.6.6 upgrade Huanyang VFD continue button grayed out issue

Have you tried rebooting the system? Or perhaps flashing the os on the sd card fresh?

I have tried rebooting several times, but not flashing the os how do I do that?

How to reflash the operating system on the Onefinity BB controller (Full SD card image)

I have just received the micro sd card. It appears there are a lot of files on this card, is the process now to switch out the old with the new card and thats it or somethinf else?

unplug old card from pi, put in new card to pi, power on.
