Yeah. They do this every year, unfortunately. Best to wait until the new products have been announced before buying anything, since the older ones typically get discounted a bit.

I have no idea what the big announcement will be. I would love to be able to afford a 4x8 machine with a tool changer and/or a vacuum bed.
Unfortunately even if all of those options became available tomorrow, I haven’t made a dime of of my journeyman in the past 3 years and 2024 has not been the best of years for disposable income…
I want to build cabinets which would be better on a 4x8 and atc but I just do t have 20k to take the chance that I can turn it into something…

I think expecting 50mm tubes to cover a full sheet 8’ is a little much. A front loading tool changer might eliminate full sheet capacity.
If the x rails were a little longer, a tool rack along the y would work, keeping full sheet capacity. I guess waiting 2 more days will tell
