Toolpaths start cutting from same x,y coordinates even though they are told otherwise

Hello.

I have a Foreman Pro and am using Carveco. I created a file for some cribbage boards and have been able to cut a few of them just fine, but for some reason on this recent batch my machine starts cutting each of the toolpaths from the same x,y coordinates in the bottom left corner, even though that’s not how the file is built. I am using the touch probe and reprobing z when I switch tools. What am I missing? This is the first project that has done this and for the life of me I cannot figure out why. Can anyone help me regain my sanity on this please?

I am a newbie in this CNC thing - but. If ur starting point is center - identify that center point , place your cutting bit directly over that spot and zero out X & Y. Then assuming your startup allows the opportunity to zero out Z prior to spinning up use probe upside down to find surface point of your material. Or use probe for finding Z before even starting program.
