In the last few days the touch screen has begun to lock up…
Sometimes is give the Oh Snap notice on a blank screen,
sometimes it just locks up with the display normal looking normal but no changes to the readout.
The loaded file continues to run to completion.
Quite disconcerting in a 7 month old machine.
Only happens on carves that take a long time.

Hey Tony,
you are on Onefinity Original Series Controller right? What about heat in your workshop? The longer the carve, the hotter the Raspberry Pi and the MOSFETS inside, and I find the fan is more a joke (besides being a pain in the ear) 
The “Aw, snap!” is a chrome web browser error that can have 1000 causes.
