can the amount of distance x and y be changed on the interface screen. I could have sworn it was .005 one time now it’s .01. what is the smallest amount you can move.

did you change from imperial to metric? With the first, the unit is inch, with the latter the unit is millimeter.
A 0.005 inch step is 0.127 mm, while a 0.1 mm step is 0.1 mm

inch and millimeter are not only different units, they also have a big size difference. One inch is 25.4 mm. That’s why when switching to metric, the smallest step on the user interface is one tenth of a millimeter (0.1 mm), while in imperial mode, the same distance corresponds to roughly 0.005".
maybe it converts back to metric by default when i start the machine. I’ll check today and see what it is. thanks

Hey Butch,
normally it should preserve this setting through a reboot. I think some people reported there is or was a bug that sometimes reverted the setting.
