Advanced Beginner here, which means years of happy carving with the BB controller and a water cooled spindle. With a little research I could usually always figure things out.
With the scare of BB no longer being supported, I upgraded to Redline. For sure, there are likely many positives once I catch on, however, I should have done my homework.
*For now, one simple question, can my water cooled Huanyang spindle be connected to the Redline controller in automatic mode to read G-code commands? Or am I back to old router days of manually turning off and on?
I fully expect to upgrade the spindle, but Redline does not carry a water cooled. Their response was, us average users should be fine with air cooled. If looking forward, many users are beginning to use programs such as EasyCreate for example, with carves pushing 24 hours! Hope to stay with water cooled……
Thanks for any suggestions,
Bill
