I had and still have same problem. I had to contact Masso direct. But Onefinity sent replacement part. Not sure why they make you involve 3rd party if they are sending out replacement part. Anyway, the new card which Onefinity sent me in a sandwich baggy packed in a box appears to be faulty also. Can’t imagine why. So i contacted Onefinity this time. (Seeing how they sent me the new part) .They told me i have to contact Masso again. Good luck on your end. Maybe the next wifi part i receive will be working.
I also had the same issue with my Wi-Fi adapter—contacted Masso yesterday morning, but no response so far. I thought they tested
all this stuff before it was shipped?
We’ve been doing some internal testing today while waiting for Masso to get back to us.
They recently changed revisions of their boards. It seems that the newer revisions (send this month or later) need firmware 5.10 (we’ve been shipping them with 5.07 until today).
If you are having issues with your wifi, try updating to 5.10 and see if that corrects the ‘wifi module not found’ issue.
I had the same issue with a new Masso G3 Touch. Tried reinserting the WIFI module several times as suggested and it still would not connect. Then I updated to 5.10 and it still does not work. I have new module being shipped so I hope it works this time.
Just upgraded to 5.10 and it works.
Updated Masso to 5.10 , Fixed wifi problem.
When I opened the cabinet to uninstall/reinstall the wifi card I was also able to properly engage the ears on the power plug. Only the top ear was properly clicked in.
The uninstall/reinstall did not help. The 5.10 update fixed my problem.
I updated Masso controller to 5.10 and it fixed the problem.
I’m sure you all did as well, but I got an email yesterday from Masso about exactly this.
I kinda wish I had gotten the newer version of the hardware as the changes they made look significant.
Yep upgrading to 5.10 fixed the issue. Thanks to the @OnefinityCNC team for answering my email within 10 mins on a Sunday. You rock!
