X axis seems to be bound. Will not move under power moves freely when powered off
Disconnected all cables re connected made sure all were in right socket powered on off followed all instructions

Does the X axis motor make any noise when you attempt to move it via. the controller? Can you turn the X axis ballscrew by hand when the machine is powered up?
I would contact customer support, they no doubt will be extremely helpful and will be able to determine exactly what the issue is.
Yes when the system is turned off I can turn the ball screw on the X axis and it moves freely when I power it up obviously like most of promoters it locks the wall screw in place and you can’t turn it in but if you try to use the controller to turn it thanks like it’s binding up unplugged it plugged it in and check to make sure the plug is plugged in the right way and it does make noise when you try to make a move pick it looks like it’s trying to move but then it doesn’t it just sounds like it’s bound up
