It’s a BB controller. I reset for the Z20 slider. Now when I HOME machine the ‘Z’ axis continues to try and raise, causing machine to “E-STOP” It just keeps bumping up against the top of the slider. What’s the next fix? Never had ANY issues till I changed to this spindle from the Makita router. I’m sure it’s an easy fix, but man it’s becoming very problematic.
Adjust stall homing now
The z axis just crashed again. 3rd time today. It seems that the z axis won’t stay at the programed height. I programed z height to be 0.20 inches. after run started it gradually went deeper and deeper, finally it jumped from abut 0.235 deep to 0.85 deep before breaking another new 1/4" roughing bit. feed was set at 120 ipm, rpm speed was at 16,000, depth was set at 0.20". what needs to be done?
