I keep getting a Z axis under error, 0.825 ish. I zero out on the machine bed, the tools is on the bed. But I am getting the error still.
My current travel Z height is 1” above the material, .65
I have enough room, more then enough travel left to go down and up. Cant figure out what is causing the issue
The G code is generated on Aspire 12.

So I cut a few things with the under error today… no issues not over travel ECT. Still says under
I did just update from like 1.1 firmware to 1.6
I noticed this one has a couple new menu’s for the z axis and such in the motors.
Running the buildbotics controller btw
Could a setting from this be off?
For an update jump that big you probably have to reset the config:

Also updating from 1.1.x it’s recommended to do a reflash:

If you were on either 1.0 or 1.1.X family of firmware, it’s highly suggested to reflash the os rather than update to remove any lingering 1.0 or 1.1.x code.
