Area Clearance with chamfer

Question for seasoned CNCers, who use Carveco Maker.
I’ve made a gift sign for my wife with a word MOTHER that is area cleared (pocket clearing in Vectric) .125’’ deep. Then I proceeded to chamfer sides of the letters with 90* v-bit running along vectors. It’s set to cut depth of .125’’ as well. In Carveco Maker simulation it looked correct and awesome, but running this toolpath on the cnc makes my bit run above wood .5’'… just cutting air.
I use Carveco Maker with 1F 4Man cnc.
Here are two pics with toolpath settings.

Please let me know what I’m doing wrong.
Tnx,
Andre

When you changed bits did you reset the Z-height zero to the new bit projection?

@Atroz Yes, I always use my touch probe for Z-height after bit change.
This project has four toolpaths, three worked fine, just this last one gave me trouble.
At the end, I skipped it, was too afraid to ruin my project.
It turned out pretty good, here’s the pic.

Thank you for a reply.
