Can’t solve why spindle did unexpected -y offset (Solved - File issue)

Have done the following workflow over a dozen times testing various bits/designs. Cut my first production piece and of course have a problem. See photos of correct and incorrect results.

Process (all manual):

Using Airweights vac holding system. I know the wood did not move.

Onefinity Elite with Masso and Redline spindle

Machine on, emergency stop released, homed

Jogged spindle to comfortable location and loaded ¼” downcut bit

Jogged spindle to lower left area of workpiece

Connected touch probe to spindle, probed for x,y,z

Moved spindle to attach dust cover

Loaded job, rewind, cycle start

Masso moved the spindle to front of table and requested tool change. Since I had already loaded tool, just hit cycle start.

¼” bit cut properly, spindle returned to x,y origin.

Jogged spindle to comfortable location and removed ¼” bit and loaded 1/16” upcut bit.

Connected touch probe to spindle, and probed JUST for z

(vacuum pump on all the time during this session)

Jogged spindle forward to front of table to attach dust cover

Loaded 2nd job, rewind, cycle start

Masso moved the spindle to front of table and requested tool change. Since I had already loaded tool, just hit cycle start.

Job ran like it always had BUT was offset in the -Y direction by exactly 1/16”. Only y, not x.

I have since run the exact same jobs in scrap, and it cut correctly. I duplicated job in Vcarve Pro, trimmed out a small section, calculated existing toolpaths, and saved to Masso.

What did I do wrong (or what went wrong)? Thanks for any help.

My Bad!! Found the problem, in Vcarve I had duplicated a design but must have offset the drawing by 1/16”. I had studied it “carefully” but when I tilted the 3d view more I could see the second cut was offset from what I wanted. At least I found it. I have left this comment in so it reminds us to check our drawings carefully, and second check!
