Vectric VCarve Pro to Masso Y position issue

My buildbotics-to-Masso upgrade has been sitting unused for a while. Now I am trying to use it and finding an issue with the start position that I never had with the Buildbotics. I use VCarve Pro 11.5 for generating my G-code.

In VCarve, I have the origin set to x0 y0 on my material.

On the Onefinity, I use the touch probe to set X, Y, and Z on the lower left of my material. I am using a .5-inch endmill, and I believe I have changed the tool size to .5 in the probing window (over several iterations while trying to debug). I have measured the offsets of my block and updated the settings in the probing window.

When I run the G-code, the Y axis is off (X may be too, but not as obviously). It seems like the Masso will not follow any paths that would place the tool below the origin.

I am going to go through the setup on the Masso again, just to make sure I am setting the right tool thickness when I do the probing. I thought maybe some would know something about setting the masso and VCarve together that is often missed and leads to a similar issue.

I am also seeing an issue when I cut a pocket where the bit is cutting into the wood in the Y direction slightly deeper at the start position than on the rest of the pocket.

Thanks for any wisdom you can send my way.
