Cannot select certain lines to engrave in Fusion 360

Hello, I’m trying to engrave an outline of the United States in a tray and when selecting my geometry to engrave, it will select some in dark blue that it (F360) does recognize to engrave and some in a lighter blue that it (F360) does not recognize to engrave.

Does this go back to drawing the sketch incorrectly? Is there any way to fix this? File attached.

If you are trying to select the whole map, just go over to Sketches and select Sketch3. If that is not what you are trying to do, please elaborate a little more…
