Carveco & Credit Card

My Gen 2 Elite machine has shipped and should be arriving in a few days, so I decided to have a look at my free one year subscription to Carveco. One thing that immediately stood out was that just as I was finishing registering, it asked for my credit card to authenticate that I’m not a bot and that I’m a real person. In reality, it’s for auto renewal. I know I can cancel before the one year free trial is up, but I just don’t like the idea of giving them my credit card for a free trial. Was hoping to have a look at Carveco, but it looks like I won’t.

I’ve been using VCarve for the last nine years and am very comfortable with it, guess I’ll stay with them.

It would be best to reach out to Carveco and let them know your concerns. I fear they’ll never see this on our fourm.

I reached out to Carveco and they were adamant about using a credit card to activated the free trial. Too bad, I really wanted to see how it compares to VCarve.

Paul I use Carveco on a monthly pay plan from what I see on the Carveco site, monthly works better for the AI image generation.
