I downloaded these but am not sure how to install in Carveco. Googled and still don’t see. Can you please include installation instructions?

Just copy them into the directory in the pic. Yours will have many more files in it as I’ve removed all PPs that weren’t relevant to my machine. They will then be available to select when you save toolpaths.
