I have a Onefinity Elite Foreman with the Masso F3 running v5.07 software.
I have issue with it connecting to the myworshop account on the Masso website and hence cannot use the function of the masso mobile app for remote monitoring.
My masso is connected to my network via wifi, I originally used static IP, but did switch to non static at masso suggestion, I made a mac address reservation in my DHCP server.
The masso shows its IP address and a statis of connected to my network. I am able transfer files to the Masso using Masso Connect on my laptop.
The Masso does NOT connect to myworkshop over public network. I’m not seeing any errors in the firewall logs on my Netgear Orbi router. I have a flat network without any vlans, there shouldn’t be anything blocking a connection to a public endpoint originating from my local private network. Is it possible to confirm the default gateway and subnet mask that the Masso is using, I don’t see a way to display it.
Has anyone else experienced a similiar issue, can you share how you resolved. I have a good background in networking, but I don’t see that the masso gives us enough visibility to what its doing with the network connection.
Appreciate any advice!
