Hi All
Has anyone cut Slate on their machine and if so what cutters did you use and what speeds and feeds did you use.
Any advise much appreciated

Probably better off with a laser or diamond drag bit?
Slate crumbles easily, so I would think it would be difficult to machine with a cutting bit.
I used a diamond tipped router bit at 15,000 rpm and a feed rate of about 3-4 in/min. It worked very well.
