I have my files visible on the screen, but they are ghosted, not dark black and I cannot select them?
I have formatted the USB I use, same one I’ve used before and the files are ngc out of Carvco
What do I need to do?
I just started having this problem also. It only happens on one particular file.

What firmware is on your BB controller? Did you push the button to upload a folder or the button to upload a file? If you click FOLDER, it will gray out single files because it’s looking for folders.
