I have set my startup units of measure to “Imperial”, but everytime I startup my machine, it reverts back to “Metric”. My files are all designed in VCarve Pro and I use “Imperial” for my measurements. This is frustrating.
Also I noticed that the time on my controller is set for UTC I think. When I am looking at files on my thumb drive, I sort by the date and time to get the most current one. I have yet to figure out how to reset the time on my controller to PST.
Mine defaults to metric as well even though I have it set to imperial. And I am on the latest firmware.
We are aware of this bug. We have traced it to having the Redline VFD enabled at startup. We will be providing a fix in the next software release.
In the meantime, you can quickly switch units by tapping on the units readout on the main screen.
