Hello Onefinity, Overseas customers:
We use DHL Express for all overseas shipments. While they have been amazing throughout the pandemic so far, there is a current log jam at the largest hub in North America. Unfortunately, this is where all overseas shipments go to be processed before being sent to destination countries. This is resulting in much longer than normal delays.
We have just been informed from our DHL Rep this afternoon, they have hired an additional 100 employees and extra shifts to work through the backlog and work through clearances to get them on flights to destination countries.
Please be patient during these unprecedented times.
We at Onefinity are monitoring the situation carefully, however there is nothing we can do. We are receiving the same information as everyone else, and do not have the ability to speed up the shipping process.
We understand the frustration but thank you all for your patience and understanding.
