Just downloaded and installed newest firmware upgrade on my sd card. Everything worked fine but now the monitor will not shut down on its own. Picture shows the message with failure to kill as the problem. I can turn it off manually at that point and it will reboot the next time I turn it on with no problem. Is this something needing to be corrected and, if so, how do I correct it so that the monitor will automatically shut down by itself when I chose to power off from the controller menu.
It’s a known issue where the power from the display is backfeeding power to the controller, it is safe to turn off at that point.

Thanks for the information and the link. I watched the shutdown video. I did shut down the way the video explained it.
