What kind of safety precautions do you guys take when the laser is running? I know it has a shroud but is that adequate enough when watching it run? Let me know what you guys do. Thanks!

Hi Ryan - Iād recommend always wearing appropriate safety glasses and ensure no one without proper safety gear enters the room. Make sure you match your glasses to your laser; some of the Chinese stuff provides green glasses for blue lasers, which is not appropriate. Also, ensure everything is vented properly and never cut things like PVC.

Thanks. I was provided glasses with the Jtech laser. The shroud does a good job of blocking the laser but it does reflect a little off the wood. Better safe than sorry I guess!
