The last 2 projects I have cut have had limit errors on the 2nd pass only. They dont happen at x or y extremes. I had a workpiece that was 8 in x 24 in and had 8 identical parts being cut. Cuts out the 1st 7 parts and on the last one it cuts the first pass and on the second pass it does the error. I use Easel and use the probe on the workpiece for xyz.
