Loud Chatter and locks up when moved fast

I have made sure numerous times that the machine was very square but when I use the joystick and move the unit around quickly shown in many videos it seems to lock up. Any suggestions would be helpful. If I just do small projects towards the front everything works great.

Is it only when going front to back to front? Take off the x axis and see if one side is stalling.
