Machine has gotten jumpy (solved, loose motor coupling)

Ran same program 10+ times all of a sudden it starts getting jumpy and making bad parts.
same hole 2.0 dia 2 times separate depths rough depth is fine finish depth which is .300 deeper has a bad step in it and now my cutout has the same and the machine is jumping I can see it shaking. everything is oiled and smooth. Even using the joystick it is jumpy in the same area

Which axes are affected?

How big is the portion of axis travel where the problem appears?

Which machine are you using? As a hobbyist Sherlock Holmes, I deduce: Joystick = Original/X-50/PRO machine. But which one? Do you already have a PRO Series that already has the 30 mm drag chains from Elite Series, or the old models with lacking strain relief and where the curly Z cable that can break internally after a year or so.

How long have you been using it?

I would check the points in this support document one by one:

Also have you ensured accurately that your machine is rectangular (“squared”) (➪ bar gauge) and coplanar (“not twisted”) (➪ fishing line method)? If it is not adjusted, Y movement can block. Coplanarity of the machine is often underestimated (machine not being twisted).
