Initial X Axis Startup
System Background:
- X-Y-B Axis: (3) iHSV57 2 Phase 180W 36VDC Integrated Servo Drives;
Ball Screw Pitch=10mm, Dia=12mm, X Length=861mm, Y/B Length=1061. - Z Axis: (1) JSS57P3N (Similar to iHSS57) Integrated 3Nm Servo-Stepper Hybrid Drive;
Ball Screw Pitch=04mm, Dia-12mm, Z Length=361mm. - All axis Green LED flash steady ~1s intervals, No Red LED indication.
- All Axis in Torque Hold. Located all axis manually near mid travel.
- All Axis Alarms via R10K are indicated in G3 as designed.
- Axis Enable via ES Relay Module RLY6 NO, 24VDC (R2K7) fed coil.
- X Axis at ENA contact measured 1.5VDC w/ E-Stop NOT Engaged; 0VDC w/ E-Stop Engaged. 1.5VDC is NOT => 3.5VDC, therefore X Axis is not Engaged. Why so low? Anyone seen this?
In X Axis Setup:
- Since Pitch=10mm, therefore Distance per Rev=10mm;
- Pul/Rev=? SW1-SW4 All ON
51200 MAX Pul/Rev; 400 Default Pul/Rev; Which value? What detail am I missing? - Max Feedrate=1000;
- Acceleration=30;
- Min Travel=10 (Ball Screw Start 0+10);
- Max Travel=851 (Ball Screw Length=861mm -10);
- Blashlash=0;
- Invert Unticked.
Then I asked Wizard! It failed Wizard as the X drive as it would not JOG! Anyways, I am now before my peers asking for Help, yet again!
I re-checked the wiring and took a few measurements. The Motor ENA voltage was ~0VDC, while the drive ALM ~10VDC. Motor supply voltage was ~36VDC.
Please explain what I am missing? Why is my ENA signal so low (1.5VDC)?
What are the steps or methods to complete this task successfully?
Thanks, Billy
