I stopped a job at a tool change (I do not have a ATC). I made a change to my file on vectric and reloaded the file. When I tried to re-home the machine the Masso screen would not respond. I still have power but an unable to see anything on the screen. I have tried changing my USB, shutting down multiple times and using the e-stop, but the screen fails to turn on. Ideas?

Power down
Pull the USB
Check your cable connections to the Masso
Now see if you can power up to the home screen
It could be a bad USB
Generally don’t pull the USB mid run-it gets confused

It is working. Once I powered down and removed the cable from the back of the Masso and re-installed the cable…powered up and it works. I tried the same procedure a second time and the same thing happened. Removed cable and everything worked again. Must be a bug in the Masso system to not allow the steps that I was trying. Thanks everyone!
