It is working. Once I powered down and removed the cable from the back of the Masso and re-installed the cable…powered up and it works. I tried the same procedure a second time and the same thing happened. Removed cable and everything worked again. Must be a bug in the Masso system to not allow …

Power down Pull the USB Check your cable connections to the Masso Now see if you can power up to the home screen It could be a bad USB Generally don’t pull the USB mid run-it gets confused
