Need Help Setting up my Journeyman Pro

I bought a previously loved Journeyman Pro in the box…I am a total newbie…I have downloaded the Owners Manuel. How do I tell Y1 from Y2…one Y axis has an 'E" stamped on the Bottom… Please help
