Has anyone looked at this for a spindle?
I do not know if it would mount direct to the z drive
You would need to machine an adapter plate, as current Onefinity mounts accept either a 65mm or 80mm spindle /router body diameter.
fortunately I have a lathe and a milling machine so making a plate is not a problem.
I still have a spindle/vfd for sale in the “For Sale” category if you are interested.
Did you ever go ahead with the spindle? Just wondering!
Still contemplating- I’m thinking to go with a router at first and as I get familiar with the system then look to upgrade to a spindle. I ordered the foreman elite with an 80mm mount, I will just need a sleeve that can be found on Etsy for a 65mm router.
