Onefinity Production Update

Date: April 2, 2025

Elite Models / Elite Upgrade kits

· Current Order Number in Queue: 54024

· Shipping Status: Delayed – lead time is now estimated at approximately 13-14 weeks.

· Important: if your Elite Upgrade Kit order included a Spindle selection, we will ship both at the same time.

· Additional Details: Production has been impacted by high demand and parts shipments delays.

Pro/Original Models

· Current Order Number in Queue: 55220

· Shipping Status: Delayed - lead time is now estimated at approximately 4-5 weeks.

· Additional Details: We anticipate that these delays due to assembly process will be minimal and that orders will be fulfilled.

Stiffy Rails

· Current Order Number in Queue: 52086

· Shipping status: Delayed – Back orders will begin shipping next week (of April 8th) starting with order 52086.

QCW Frames /Leg kits/Fixed Stands

· Current Order # in Queue: 55599

· Shipping status – On time.

· Additional Details: Customers can expect timely shipment with the tracking details provided as soon as the shipment is picked up by our carrier.

Spindles

Shipment Updates:

· Shipped: To date we have received and shipped 500 spindle kits from Redline.

· Incoming: An additional shipment of 160 has just been received from Redline. These will begin to ship this week.

Rotary

· Masso option

o Shipment Progress: A total of 50 units have shipped and we are planning on shipping another 60 units this week.

· BB option

o Shipping Status: Pending final component arrival.

o Timeline: The last components are expected to arrive by Mid-April, with the initial orders to set to ship by late April.

ATC (Automatic Tool Changer)

· Masso/BB options

o Shipping Status: Final components for ATC systems are anticipated by Mid-April.

o Timeline: The first orders will start shipping by late April.

Easy Adapter

· Shipping Status: The last components are expected by mid-April with the first orders to start shipping by late April.

Thanks for the update. I do however find it odd that on redline’s website it says 2-4 weeks on the onefinity spindles.

Spindle only order? Or with a machine?

Thank you for the last update. Is it possible to make this a weekly update, and along with the current order # in the queue, include how many units were shipped in the last week (and/or an estimate of how many you expect to ship the upcoming week)? Most of us check our email several times a day hoping to see the notification that our order has shipped. These updates would help reset our expectations.

This is great info! Congrats on the production rates!

WAS great info. Time for another update.

The last two revisions to this info and the shipping page both say I should at least have a tracking number by now. So the info is not accurate.

Time for a fresh update, Onefinity. Save yourselves the time answering emails and quell the supposition in the forums.

I been waiting 17 weeks going on 18, since 12/23/24. Should I tickle someone to see if order is hiding or something?

I did that last Wednesday. No reply. They also posted their latest update the next day so I wonder if they figure that covered answering me…

EDIT: The ‘ding’ I heard 4 minutes before typing this was them replying to me.

Order 54342 is apart of our production queue for this week. We will send our shipping confirmation email with tracking details when this order ships out. Your spindle kit will ship out separately as it is in queue to arrive to us mid-May.

congrats Mr Krag I am just 482 behind you lol. Thinking maybe two more weeks, before i get my notice then two weeks to ship it to my hose and then i can finally stop yaking on this forum for awhile.

I am order #54206. I did not get an email directly from Onefinity yet, but received several from UPS with tracking numbers. :slightly_smiling_face: (Of course that just means the labels have been created. But hey, still good news. :smiley: )

Awesome!

That at least means it is now boxed up and ready to move.

From what I hear they are filling a truck as they pack and print those orders, then end of week or when full it will roll out and begin its Borderworx trip. UPS will send you the usual delivery notice once it is on this side of customs and then it is just usual ground transit routine til you receive it.
