Skipped the layout pictures and went straight to cut.
Sealing the end grain with clear epoxy. Disappointing when epoxy color leeches into surrounding wood
Needs a wee bit more sanding then it’s ready for Tung Oil Finish. I use Pure Tung Oil because it gives a nicer longer lasting finish than mineral oil. I’ve gotten minor complaints that mineral oil needs to be reapplied after every use.
