ok so I was cutting aluminum . 15 thousands cut feed rate of just 25 IPM and rpm of 15000. th machine bogged down earlier when i had the feed rate higher and the cut was .032. i hit the emergency stop. i had to rehome of course afterwards . now even after rebooting the machine will go to work origin but it will not start the spindle. I put the dro on manual and started the spindle only to have it get up to speed and then cut out and give me a error#1. Did i ruin my spindle? how do i diagnose this spindle problem?
I looked it up and will reset to factory specs the vfd I will let you all know how it went.

Ok, so that was interesting. Reprograming to factory settings the redline VFD. Page: 48 (for Masso) of the Redline Spindle online manual here on the onefinity forum/website. Painstaking, but thorough, and yes you need to input every line, but it works. I hope this helps someone else
