I’ve been working on this for a while now. This is the second iteration and there are still a few things I need to fix, but I’m happy with the result. I blotted out our last names. I need to fix the shadows, improve the photo, get a better spread of the mica in the black field and tighten up some various other things. Creating the model in Illustrator took me many hours and the bulk of the time I have in this.
The overall size is around 3’ x 18" and I used a premade panel from Lowes. All but the photo are done with 15* v-bits; I broke a few.
