We use a company called Boarderworx to pick up from our location (picked up all spindle Monday), then take them to their location to cross the boarder. Once it crosses the boarder (usually 1-3 business days), they hand them off to UPS who scans it into their system, then the tracking gets updated. You should see some movement with the tracking (even though the spindles have already been moving) in the next two days (due to Tariff threats, this is a little less reliable than normal).

I am confused about shipping times for Pro Series machines. Does the Black Friday shipping table apply to Pro Series machines or should I expect to get a shipping notification 1-2 weeks after placing my order?
Black friday shipping table is only for elite series.
Pros are 1-3 weeeks out.

For those wondering, where Onefinity is in the backlog of Cyber Monday orders, I just recieved my shipping notices for my Ultimate Elite Promo. Order number 53085. I don’t know if I’ll get the Spindle with this shipment. I’m not expecting the ATC until May based on previously published shipping tables.

I ordered a barebones Pro Series (no controller) almost a month ago when lead times were 1-2 weeks. On the 2 week mark, the lead times were updated to 1-3 weeks. Now it’s coming up on 4 weeks, with no update. I know ordering a machine without a controller is super uncommon, and orders are probably backed up, but it’s almost double the original lead time now with no shipping email or updates. Are there any blockers on the Pro Series that recently came up?

Order 525XX here and still no spindle shipping info. So much for their estimate of filling all 52xxx orders by the end of March.

Only 500 redlines have shipped so far? Wow they didn’t think anyone was going to buy them otherwise they should have had at least a couple thousand ready for launch
