If all manufacturers of ranch dressing would just move to Canada or Mexico, the tariffs would be lifted immediately. Muricans will voluntarily surrender freedoms, rights, health care, and anything else. But a price increase on ranch dressing is something that would NOT be tolerated!

I’ve got no idea if the tariff business is behind this or what but…
On 2/28, I received notification that a shipping label had been created for my spindle (at least I hope it was for the spindle (order 51xxx)). As of just now, UPS is still reporting that it is not in their possession. My guess is that it’s in a customs center waiting to get through but who knows at this point. Today marks 100 days from the original order date…it would be great to get this thing wrapped up.

Yes, they go to Borderworx first to do the import process and then it is handed off to UPS. Most people say 7-10 days in that phase.

Notification this morning that $79.18 import duty is due to DHL before the shipping can continue beyond the Cincinnati hub. Paid with CC.

As of 3/10/25, UPS still doesn’t have possession of my spindle shipped on 2/28/25 from Borderworx.
Disappointing.
I am number 52437 and have heard nothing except the automated response on ship schedule…
Since the UPS notification is from Borderworx, I have to believe that the package was labeled and handed over to them on 2/28. Why it’s taken so long to move through customs is a mystery though…waiting on someone to pay a tariff? backlogged in the customs warehouse?
It would be great to have some sort of portal to see the EXACT status of it but that doesn’t seem to be in the cards.
Maybe someone from 1F could step up and shed some light on the process since it seems to be a pain point for a number of customers.

At least you’re getting notifications. I’m order 521XX and still haven’t heard a peep
from what I remember from over a year ago, Shipping company parks 18 wheel trailer at 1F, then 1F prints shipping tix and fills trailer during the week, then on thursday or friday, shipping company comes and drops off another trailer and picks up that one and takes to the border. So there is about a week. you will receive an email at the time of them loading on trailer. takes about a week or so to get thru borderworx, you will hear nothing during that time. borderworx does not care and it is out of 1F hands at that point. you will then get another email when Borderworx releases to UPS. I got mine about 3 days after UPS picked it up.
this was a year ago, so it might have changed
