I started the software update and it seems to be stuck in this screen. I’m scared to turn it off. Anybody have any suggestions?

If it seems to be stuck on that screen, please shut the controller down and reboot. There are several discussions on the forum about this already if you’d like to read more. But it is likely that the firmware did take and a reboot with show that. If not just run the upgrade again.
