Hey Tom,

[monitor is intermittent] have you checked that the Touch monitor is connected with all three(!) cables? 1. The HDMI cable, 2. the USB cable for the touch function, 3. AND the third cable for the monitor’s external power supply that is plugged in in a wall outlet?

There is an image on how to connect these three cables in the Onefinity Manual on page 38/39.

I made the experience that there are big differences between HDMI cables, and I mean not only whether they have ferrite cores or not. At the office, I have the monitor image of an Eizo going black when I switch devices nearby off with some HDMI cables, with others not. Others refuse to work with my KVM switch or with an HDMI audio extractor. And it’s not that you can predict that from the cable specs or so. Trial and error.
