Still not setup my CNC

I received my Onefinity Woodworker (Original) in March 2021, but due to two reasons: 1. health issues and 2. Living alone and not having the skills to build a bench for it myself, it is still sitting in my Garage in 2-3 boxes, unopened. If I can find a way to get it set up and learn the machine, I have a question. I do not yet have a water-cooled spindle system for it, but I do have a Bosch Colt router that I bought for it to learn on. I am looking for a way to cut custom-sized circles, ovals, squares, and rectangles with rounded edges out of coated (For sublimated pet tributes, 1. Will the Colt be able to do this? My aluminum panels are 0.025” (0.635mm), 0.032” (0.8128mm), and 0.045” (1.143mm) thick. Also, what type of bit will I need? I plan to use the superglue and tape method to hold them down once I get the CNC made and learn to use it. I am a very beginner amateur, but I cannot afford the $25,000+ 1kW Fiber laser I would need to cut them, so I am hoping I now have a use for the CNC.

The colt is the wrong size to fit. You can use the makita trim router!

Actually, I am sorry I was wrong I just checked Amazon from 2021 and I had bought the Makita RT0701C 1-1/4 HP Compact Router not the Bosch Colt.

that will work fine. but there are others that will work also like the harbor freight one and others. you should look into zero flute bit for the alominum and do some experimenting with feeds and speeds. I have made aluminum hold downs from aluminum bar stock and took me a while to find the sweet spot as I gummed up a bunch of bits.

Thanks. I am hoping to make a home business making sublimated pet memorials, with wooden (MDF) backers, and maybe other things someday if I learn my CNC, Lasers, and Graphic design software… in the hopes I can eventually earn no more than $1,619 a month consistently. But I hope to cut my own custom sized panels with rounded corners, my corner cutter slightly bend the ends and to me is un-professional looking.
