Hello. If the z-axis goes down to some point, it doesn’t go down anymore. What should I do?

I do not have the 1F controller, and mine does not use stall homing, but does it have settings where you control the maximum and minimum travel of each of the axes? Does it always stop at the exact location each time?
It stops at the same position every time…
In your video, the Z axis is un-homed. Home position is completely to the top, and this establishes how deep it will go via settings for the Z Motor. It appears you are against the bottom stop and trying to lower it more which is impossible, it’s at the bottom of travel. If you need it to be deeper, then you have to move the Z slider to the lower holes.
