When i download the cut files on usb and plug into the controller it keeps loading a phantom file that is not even on the usb drive. Before the update I could load anything. Some of the files will load right one time but if i go back it loads the fantom file in its place the next time. Any thoughts? I’ve tried 3 usb drives and one is brand new all are 2.0 type.
You might try re-naming the file on the USB, something drastically different. It may be loading a file from the core memory with the same name, but an older version?
