Controller will not boot up

I shut down my controller last night successfully. I came out this morning, hit the power button, it turns green, the fan starts running, but it will not boot up. I get a “No signal” on the 10" monitor and can not connect to it over the network. I did the emergency stop a couple of times to shut it back down so I could try to restart, but each time I try to power up the same thing as I mentioned above.

I am on the X-50.

Please help…I am dead in the water.

Thanks,
Rich

I followed the steps and ended up reflashing the sd card. I had unplugged the controller with the main power cable as well as the usb from the touch screen b/c I know it provides some power as well to the controller. I reinstalled the sd card, plugged in the main plug, forgot to plug in the USB to the touch screen. It booted up perfectly until I realized I could not do anything with it…so I plugged in the USB cable and boom, down it went. I tried to boot the machine with the USB cable to the touch screen plugged in and no luck. I then unplugged the USB cable to the touch screen, connected a USB external mouse I had and it came up with no problems.

It seems that the issue is with the cable or the monitor is sending something strange over that cable.

This is just a USB to USB-C cable correct? I will replace that first and see if that helps, otherwise, seems like it might be the monitor.
