I’ll just say that it was not long after my first post (just a few hours) that Onefinity posted the update about the supplier delivery being on a train. Would we have gotten that update if I hadn’t renewed this thread? I’m not sure. I’ll also point out that shortly after I said I was considering cancelling my order in this forum, I received a notification for my order. Would that have happened if I hadn’t posted here? I really doubt it because the timing is far too coincidental to be happenstance, particularly since it was just the label creation and not an actual shipping notification.
I do not doubt that - and they are unrelated - which is why I stressed my question was not referring to poor communication/inaccurate estimation of timelines.
But, because this has come up often in many different threads over time, I was just truly curious if any manufacturers did offer down payment options. I have yet to find one.
Going on 4 months. Onefinity really sucked the joy from this purchase.
yes it does take the joy away. funny thing is the braking z stepper says 0ne week but it has not come yet they charged me full price for shipping but the must be waiting till they ship the upgrade. and the motor was ordered separate from the upgrade which i also paid full shipping for. does not seem fair.
and we begin another week .
I had to get replacement part also for a broken part. Took about 2 weeks to get it.
The 1-5 day shipping is not accurate.
I just received my Elite upgrade this past Friday. I also ordered the braking Z stepper when it was made available and it was not included in the box they sent me. Like you, I had assumed that it would be shipped when the upgrade parts were, but that appears to not be the case. The braking motors must just be on a totally different timeline.
They told me I would get it mid March. The suppler has a delay on parts
All elite upgrade kits that were purchased before January 1, 24 have now been shipped (the last part finally arrived)!
